1. Ask for any existing design from your suppliers. Always they will provide the current design freely. It saves lots of time on the communication and design. What’s more, you will get a good price and quality because the factory is very familiar with the construction of previous production.

2. If you need to make your own design, remember to check the technical drawing carefully and make confirmation with the factory before production. In that case, you won’t pay extra money if factory did something wrong during the productive process.

3. Require the factory to work out a material list about the kiosk. You must be clear about which kind of material will be used for the kiosk. Thus it helps to avoid misunderstanding or cheating on material.

4. For bulk order, please make a sample before mass production. You can check the quality and amend the techniques on time. In this case, you will not suffer heavy lost in the formal order.

5. As examining kiosk before packing, you can ask your account manager to take detailed photos even video for you. It saves you a lot of time and money compared with doing it by yourself.

6. Shipping freight cost is also a large amount of overhead. Let the factory to calculate the volume and weight for you. If you are lucky to meet a good account manager, he/she will contact with different shipping companies to compare the cost. They usually can get lower price than you as easier communication.

7. Last but not the least. You get what you pay for; it is not a good idea to pursuit the lowest price merely, as you will have to pay attention to quality, delivery time, shipping cost, prompt service and professional solutions.
