AnswerT/T or Western Union, 50% before Production, 50% before Shipment.

Q8. How to place an order with your company?

Answer→ Pls kindly see below for our order procedure.

1.

Initial talk with our salesman----send your real size of your shop or house 

2.

Arrange our designer  to start the one-to-one service.(Design starts after we get USD 300 design fee)

3.

Products design-Make out drawing-Client confirmation-Detail quotation -PI- arrange production when received deposit

4.

Delivery time: 20-25 working days

5.

Deliver the goods after the picture taken.       Email, confirmation ,and balance received. Clients can check goods before delivery if have agency in china.

6.

NOTICE: The design fee will be refunded to you after you make an order confirmation.

 

 How to order?

 1. Inform your specific requirement
(size,material,style,color,address,accessories,floor plan..etc)

Each order is customized and the rough price is just for reference. 
 2. Get a quote
The more detailed your request is, the more precise our cost estimate will be. And we will estimate the rough shipping cost for you reference. 
 3.Confirm your order and design.
- Our design team create and revise the design according to your comments.
- We sign the contract after the design has been approved
- You need to pay 50% deposit before we start to do the kiosk.
 4. Complete your payment 
When goods finished ,you need to pay balances payment.
 5. Packaging & Delivery
We make package and prepare to delivery the goods to your country. We can send the kiosk to your mall if you want.

About design

· Inform your requirement: size, color, material, layout, etc.
· Design fee: $200-500 according to your store/shop size. It is better for you to provide us the store/shop floor plan.
· Design finish time: 1-3 working days after design fee confirmed
· We will refund design fee to you when order is confirmed
· 3 times modify are allowed once the design finished


About the payment

              Please arrange the 50% deposit in advance after order confirmed. Only when we receive your deposit, will we start the production.
              We accept payment through T/T,Western Union, Wire transfer and Money Gram. Please kindly check the account information we provide before you arrange the payment. Please provide us the T/T SLIP or Payment Notification to us for reference.
